The special feature of your dining experience is that Steve tailor-makes your menu. He will call you before you arrive to discuss the menu with you. If you have any favourite dishes or dietary needs he will accommodate your requests. There are many options for the first course, ranging from soups made with proper stocks, homemade pasta dishes, pates, etc.
For the main courses chose from a selection of shellfish, fish and organic poultry to duck breast, sirloin steak, pork fillet, trimmed lamb chops, all prepared in different ways and according to your preference.
There is a large selection of sweets to choose from, including different tiramisus, crème brule, millefeuilles, home made ice creams and sorbets and of course many different chocolate delicassies.
The three course dinner, served in your suite, is $80 per person.
